Currently, we operate primarily on a self-pay model, which allows us to keep our overhead low and ensures our providers can dedicate the majority of their time and attention to delivering the highest quality client care. We are actively in the process of being paneled with one to two major insurance companies to expand our accessibility in the near future.

In most cases, we are considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance company. To help you seek reimbursement, we will provide you with electronic paperwork, commonly referred to as a "Superbill," at the end of each month. You can then submit this Superbill directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance provider in advance to understand your specific deductibles and out-of-network reimbursement rates. Please note: If you have Medicaid or Medicare, you will not be able to submit a Superbill for reimbursement, as these plans do not reimburse out-of-network providers.

To help you get started, here are some key questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my out-of-network mental health benefit reimbursement rate (using CPT code: 90834)?

• Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?

We accept cash, checks, and all major debit and credit cards, including those for flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA) .

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees

You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

In order to both organize our practice and guarantee clients regular times, we ask clients to provide 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel their session. Existing clients can cancel through the client portal or by contacting us by phone or email. If your provider does not hear from you in advance, you may incur a late cancellation fee. Cancelled sessions are not billable to your insurance.
